Nightly Rates and Cancellation Policy

Start at $985.00 per night, and vary by holiday and seasons
3 night minimum January through March
4 night minimum April through December
Weekly rental, 7th night free

$160.00 one time Cleaning Fee
$750.00 Security Deposit refundable within 10 days as long as no damage or fines occur.

100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
50% refund if canceled between 59-30 days before arrival date, and the remainder 50% if home is re-rented for the same dates.

50% due at time of booking, and remaining balance is due 60 days prior to check in date.

Check-in time is 3:30 p.m. or after on the day of arrival and check out is by 10:00 a.m. on day of departure.
There is a keypad code to access the home when you arrive.
